When you place an order, our system generates a the best shipping rate based on the items you have selected, total weight, and your location. You will receive regular updates and be able to track your package on Canada Post. Giffin’s Maple Syrup Products cannot be held responsible for any orders that may be delayed due to Canada Post. All orders are covered by insurance, and if you receive product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@giffinsmaple.com so we can rectify the situation.


Return/Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of maple syrup, we do not have a return or exchange policy available. If you make a mistake when placing an order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to adjust or cancel the order before it ships, however we cannot make any guarantees.
