Maple Stirred Sugar compliments a variety of foods including oatmeal, cereal, sliced fruit, yogurt, or coffee. It's great alternative to processed sugar in baking, we recommend using half the amount due to the richer flavour and sweetness. Stirred sugar also makes a fantastic spice rub or caramel coating on bacon.
